Monthly Wellness
Join us for our monthly wellness workshops with breathwork, gentle stretching, mindfulness & relaxation. Giving you the chance to reset and restore your energy.
We start the 90 minute session with gentle stretching, then move on to mindfulness in aerial hammocks, finishing with group reiki.
The session includes a tarot card, herbal tea and a crystal.
