Your First Class
We're here to help you find your way - here's a few tips for your first visit...
Please try not to worry about your first class, our classes are small and have dedicated and friendly instructors.
- Don't apply body moisturiser or fake tan on the day you visit, it will make it hard for you and other people on the equipment.
- For pole, wear shorts that are close to the skin, or cycling shorts that can be pulled up, you need the skin for climbs and sits.
- For all classes we recommend leggings for aerial/pole (for warm ups) or joggers for Bungee Fitness.
- For people doing Bungee who have a weak bladder or pelvic floor issues, it can be beneficial to wear a sanitary product, the bouncing action can be tricky when starting (especially for mums), regular practice will help to strengthen the pelvic floor!
- For bungee, wear clean trainers and tie up your hair if it's longer than shouler length.
- Ideally socks for winter in pole/aerial classes, grippy socks are good for our floor (unless you want to slide).
- No rings or big jewellery for pole or aerial, it can damage our equipment and be unsafe.
- Please arrive 5 minutes before your class, if the warm up is missed we cannot allow you into class and we cannot offer a refund for this.
- Bring a refillable water bottle to stay hydrated.
